The LitigAiD Management comprises of lawyers and business economists who have worked over many years in U.S. law firms, investment banks and companies. Currently, the directors are engaged by Erste Abwicklungsanstalt (a public law agency), the wind-down agency of former states bank WestLB, and in that role serve the public interest for over 10 years by now. In the business unit Legal and Strategy they have successfully led numerous U.S. lawsuits in cooperation with various U.S. law firms. By that, they are not only familiar with the specifics of the advisor-side but also most notably with the issues that matter most in companies: decision-making processes, transparency, planning security, cost sensitivity as well as public appearance. This holds even truer for work in a company that serves the public interest.
